About the role

  • Directeur(trice) adjoint(e) managing the delivery of IT solutions for client data. Leading teams and ensuring operational efficiency for the Golden Record initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of technology services and solutions aligned with the business needs of the Vice-President, Customer Experience.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and engage employees and contractors under your responsibility.
  • Evaluate employee performance, contribute to setting annual objectives and identify training needs.
  • Operate in a co-management model with the business partner and other Deputy Directors.
  • Plan, organize and lead the activities of delivery teams to meet objectives, deadlines and service levels.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve team velocity.
  • Promote service quality and partner satisfaction.
  • Facilitate steering committees, manage issues and present key performance indicators.
  • Participate rigorously in budget management and monitoring.
  • Increase operational efficiency through the deployment of new practices (AI, DevOps, cloud, innovation).
  • Act as a leader in managing critical 24/7 solutions and improving their availability.

Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Technology, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in solution delivery, combining IT and people management.
  • Proficient in SDLC practices, DevOps, Agile methodologies, MVP, LEAN and ITIL.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and openness toward artificial intelligence, with a willingness to understand its potential and impacts in the context of IT solution delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to simplify complex technical issues and work in co-management with diverse partners.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and establish action plans.
  • Known for organizational skills, rigor and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Competent in financial management for budget monitoring.
