Responsibilities
Understand the vision, strategic priorities and business needs of the area
Provide your change management expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts
Listen to, clarify and guide partners and clients in defining their needs in order to propose solutions that create value
Work closely with partners and clients to develop, govern and implement the change management strategy
Participate in, or lead, transformation initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders from various internal and external disciplines
Build and maintain business relationships with key partners
Promote alignment and consistency with other change management advisors
Contribute to the development of the change management practice and the rollout of future innovative initiatives
Act as guardian of the application of change management practices defined by the center of excellence
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of change management experience in a large enterprise environment, including delivery of organizational transformation mandates
Experience or interest in organizational design is an asset
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to make connections, maintain an overview and assess situations clearly
Open-mindedness, emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Advanced knowledge of the English language
