Responsibilities
Design prototype and build business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders
Safeguard the security integrity and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocols
Test business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; resolve any issues
Document solutions to allow support team to support business customers and for easy maintenance; transition key information to support team
Perform business analysis to assist in gathering information about business process and customer needs from key business stakeholders
Develop plan for migration of business solution into environments and support stakeholders throughout migration process with minimal guidance
Compose the documentation and presentation of business analysis and solutions requirements to key stakeholders for validation and approval
Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for end users with minimal guidance
Identify enhancements and processes to evolve product and/or solution functionality
Requirements
Experience configuring and implementing a technical solution
Experience with assigned business applications, Salesforce experience a plus
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Good problem solving critical thinking and analytical skills
Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Good knowledge of business analysis and documenting functional requirements
Good knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
Good knowledge of object oriented programming languages such as C# Apex or Python
