About the role

  • Sales Manager leading and developing Husqvarna Home Service channel in Sweden. Focusing on sales performance, partner relationships, and operational excellence in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Home Service channel in Sweden.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Coach and support van operators and partners.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and field visits.
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure compliance with processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail or consumer-facing environments.
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate people, even when they are not direct reports.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for driving growth and achieving results.
  • Comfortable working in a structured program while bringing energy and initiative to improve performance.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license required.
