- Salesforce Tech Lead responsible for designing and developing Salesforce applications with 6+ years of experience. Engaging with clients, collaborating with teams, and ensuring successful implementations in various locations in India.

Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
- hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Integration, Apex coding, and Lightning
- Experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs
- Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Salesforce limitations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON)
- Experience in implementation of Sales and Service Cloud
- Development experience in LWC
- Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments
- Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Force.com development best practices
- Comprehensive experience debugging, troubleshooting issues on Salesforce
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with technically managing & mentoring a team
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, PD I, II, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
