About the role

  • Mortgage Warehouse Process Consultant managing warehouse lending platform configuration and project management for Corporate Mortgage Finance business. Requires 7+ years mortgage operations experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the configuration and administration of the warehouse lending platform
  • Assist with managing complex projects for the Corporate Mortgage Finance (CMF) business
  • Provide advanced and specialized consultative support to CMF customers and colleagues
  • Develop strong relationships with customers focusing on how our products and processes can help them be successful
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications
  • Analyze existing processes and identify technical or procedural improvements
  • Recommend business practices to optimize use of business processes/systems
  • Configure warehouse system for new client and product set ups
  • Triage, analyze, track and resolve operational, system-related and customer issues
  • Create business requirement documents for new initiatives
  • Redesign process workflows as necessary
  • Plan and execute a variety of initiatives including process improvement
  • Manage user acceptance testing for line of business
  • Manage mapping of data elements from core system to the data warehouse

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 7 years of warehouse lending experience configuring business and client rule in a warehouse lending system
