About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle the configuration and administration of the warehouse lending platform
- Assist with managing complex projects for the Corporate Mortgage Finance (CMF) business
- Provide advanced and specialized consultative support to CMF customers and colleagues
- Develop strong relationships with customers focusing on how our products and processes can help them be successful
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications
- Analyze existing processes and identify technical or procedural improvements
- Recommend business practices to optimize use of business processes/systems
- Configure warehouse system for new client and product set ups
- Triage, analyze, track and resolve operational, system-related and customer issues
- Create business requirement documents for new initiatives
- Redesign process workflows as necessary
- Plan and execute a variety of initiatives including process improvement
- Manage user acceptance testing for line of business
- Manage mapping of data elements from core system to the data warehouse
