Responsibilities
- Manage data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Synthesize complex financial data sets to provide insights and recommendations
- Process automation through SQL and different technologies
- Collate, model, interpret and analyze data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
- Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
- Influence department’s strategy and make decisions on project components
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years or more years of analytics experience
- Experience in SQL & Power BI development, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.
- Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data
- Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship
