Lead Systems Engineer responsible for Mac technology strategy and implementation at Humana. Oversight of systems, projects, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
Leading the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focusing on Mac solutions.
Oversight of multiple systems and projects, including Mac Onboarding, Network, policy management, compliance, and automation across Mac technologies.
Accountable for implementing business continuity and overseeing and evaluating Mac security, privacy, network, and new device solutions across different lines of business.
Partner closely with peers across Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design to grow Mac devices across Humana's many different areas.
Requirements
5+ years of Mac, Systems Engineering experience in a large-scale enterprise environment, specific to workplace technology solutions.
5+ years of Systems Engineering ITIL experience, in design, analysis, configuration, and maintenance of complex systems software solutions and infrastructure.
Experience designing and implementing highly scalable management systems and controls leveraging products including Jamf or other similar Mac Management solutions.
Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements, and architecture conversations with all partners (management, business users, and technology resources).
Demonstrated extensive knowledge managing large, complex initiatives in a results-driven environment, and accountability of deadlines and value propositions.
Strong knowledge of data governance, risk management and information security processes including SOC, CIS, NIST, HIPAA and PCI.
Experience creating strategic roadmaps, reference architecture and engineering artifacts.
Expertise working with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with expanding a Device choice program for associates.
Improving the Mac onboarding experience with an “out of the box” enrollment.
Experience with in-office WiFi improvements for Mac.
