Responsibilities
- Support the execution of campus recruiting strategies for actuarial, early identification, and graduate roles, ensuring alignment with Humana’s hiring goals and business needs
- Coordinate and facilitate recruiting activities at target universities, including career fairs, networking events, executive speakers, information sessions, and club events to engage prospective candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and actuarial clubs to promote Humana as an employer of choice
- Screen resumes, coordinate assessments, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process with timely communication, feedback, and support
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and successes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, university relations, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Ability to travel for peak campus recruiting seasons as required
- Located in Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., HireVue, HackerRank, Workday, Handshake)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
