  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Provide support across all medication access routes, including Public, Private, and administrative procedures;
  • Map access information for high-cost medications to verify the release workflow and facilitate the patient's journey;
  • Contact patients to advise on required documentation, how to obtain medication dispensing, and to follow up on process progress;
  • Interact with prescribing physicians to clarify any questions regarding medication requests and preparation of documentation;
  • Conduct in-person visits to patients, physicians, and payers when necessary;
  • Assist patients in renewing documentation for treatment access;
  • Stay up to date on the medication access pathways relevant to your role, identifying opportunities to enhance guidance for public and/or private access for the patients you serve;
  • Manage a contact portfolio to ensure patients follow the required communication cadence according to each access profile;
  • Act as support to supervision and/or as the focal point with the client on cases requiring attention or opportunities to improve the medication access program;
  • Prepare and monitor access indicators and actively participate in results presentations and events when requested by the manager;
  • Perform similar and/or related tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of medication access via Public or Private routes;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with patient support programs is a plus.
