About the role
- Healthcare Analyst managing treatment programs for chronic and rare disease patients. Collaborating with medical teams and providing support to patients and their families in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the treatment of patients enrolled in the program;
- Provide guidance on the condition, medications, signs and symptoms, and quality of life;
- Support patients and their families with treatment adherence and answer questions;
- Provide information about access to treatment and available services;
- Collaborate with physicians to provide updates on the program and patients; identify and report pharmacovigilance cases and technical complaints;
- Experience in patient navigation; oncology experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
- Experience supporting patients with rare or chronic diseases is a plus;
- Experience in patient support programs is a plus;
- Knowledge of patient pre-admission procedures and experience facilitating communication between patients and physicians;
- Knowledge of Access Management;
- Knowledge of drug infusion procedures; ability to identify products in the ANS (Brazil's National Supplementary Health Agency) and determine whether they are available via SUS (Brazil's public health system) or the private network; clinical experience.
