Responsibilities
Development and design of wiring harnesses for hydrogen-powered power units
Selection, integration and commissioning of sensors and actuators (temperature, pressure, current, valves, relays, etc.)
Development, implementation and commissioning of CAN bus systems
CAN communication, signal definition, DBC
Integration of control units, displays and peripheral devices
Embedded software development for control and monitoring functions
Control and actuation of sensors and actuators
Fault detection, state logic, safety functions
Commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of prototypes and production units
Analysis of measurement and log data (e.g., CAN logs, operational data)
Documentation of circuit diagrams, wiring harnesses, software and interfaces
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in the development and commissioning of electrotechnical systems, ideally in the context of generators, vehicles or energy systems
Knowledge of wiring harness design, sensors and actuators
Experience with CAN bus systems (e.g., CANopen, J1939), signal definition and troubleshooting
Knowledge of embedded software development (MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++)
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Team player with technical communication skills
Good German language skills; English for technical documentation is an advantage
