Responsibilities
Pre-sales and technical consulting for messaging, voice, video and collaboration solutions
Main point of contact for key accounts and new enterprise customers (focus on the DACH region)
Conducting demos, POCs, workshops and customer trainings
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and strategic partners (e.g., Deutsche Telekom, T‑Systems)
Technical support for tenders and proposal processes
Communicating product value and benefits to stakeholders from CxOs to technical teams
Supporting Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, demo scripts, demo videos and white papers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution engineering or a comparable role
Knowledge of areas such as CPaaS, UCaaS, messaging (A2P), secure SaaS, collaboration tools or telecommunications
Strong communication skills across technical levels up to CxOs
Excellent German and English skills (at least business fluent); additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured working style and a strong team spirit
Willingness to travel (DACH region, occasionally Europe)
