About the role
- Consultant(e) Cornerstone optimizing digital learning projects using Cornerstone Learning solutions. Join HR Path, a global HR consulting leader with a focus on digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and challenge business requirements related to digital learning (blended learning, e-learning, compliance, learning path management, reporting, etc.)
- Design and configure Cornerstone Learning modules: catalogs, audiences, workflows, campaigns, training plans, certifications...
- Lead implementation and upgrade projects for Cornerstone LMS and LXP (deployment, migration, integration with other HR modules or third-party tools)
- Train and support LMS and LXP users and administrators
- Contribute to functional monitoring of Cornerstone updates and participate in client communities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years minimum experience with Cornerstone Learning (integrator, end client or consulting firm)
- Strong understanding of training processes (L&D, GPEC/workforce planning, compliance, blended learning)
- Comfortable facilitating business workshops and leading projects
- Professional English required (international environment)
- Familiarity with other Cornerstone modules (Performance, Onboarding, etc.) is a plus
