About the role

  • SAP SuccessFactors Consultant implementing HRIS projects for HR Path Group. Engaging in all phases of HRIS solution implementation considering international clientele and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join HR Path Group's HRIS Integration practice, which specializes in implementing HRIS projects.
  • Reporting to our SAP practice, you will participate in all phases of HRIS implementation (Design, Configuration, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), aligned with your HR expertise and development goals, for our clients, performing the following tasks:
  • HRIS implementation project management: Participate in project monitoring workshops in close collaboration with project team members (configuration workshops, acceptance workshops, go-live support, administrator and user training) and contribute to project steering committees.
  • Translate client requirements into deliverables and produce documentation and presentations (designs, application documentation, test scripts, training materials).
  • Configure HR modules in your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) according to predefined functional specifications (feasibility analysis of client requests, process and related data analysis).
  • Execute acceptance and regression test campaigns throughout the project to assess configuration impacts on end-to-end system processes.
  • Solution support: Contribute to third-party application maintenance, assist in managing solution maintenance with end users, and ensure HRIS data reliability to maintain continuous quality.
  • Perform technical and functional monitoring (liaise with the vendor and track legal/regulatory changes), and advise and train users on the target solution.
  • Respond to corrective, preventive, and enhancement maintenance tickets for the solution (bug fixes, user support, development of enhancements, delivery of patches and new releases), and test/validate solutions delivered to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the solution (document clear resolutions for customers and communicate fixes to the project team).

Requirements

  • You have significant experience (more than 2 years) managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • You have developed technical and functional expertise in one or more modules of the solution: Core HR & Payroll suite (EC, ECP, Time, etc.) and Talent Management suite (RM, RMK, PMGM, LMS, etc.).
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written) to work on international projects; French is a plus.
  • You enjoy leading, influencing, training, and knowledge transfer, and are known for excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and intellectual curiosity.
