About the role

  • Senior Manager supporting HP’s enterprise‑wide AI Transformation strategy. Leading financial initiatives and advising leadership on transformation programs for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on AI adoption within global processes, systems, and policies to support long‑term organizational goals and AI Transformation program deliverables.
  • Ensures the development and execution of transformation solutions aligned with strategic capital‑allocation decisions, investment governance, and return‑on‑investment expectations.
  • Identifies and quantifies improvement opportunities across processes, reporting, automation, decision support, and controls; drives recommendations that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
  • Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of financial processes, reporting mechanisms, and analytical tools implemented as part of transformation programs.
  • Leads financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting activities that support transformation initiatives, including investment cases and benefit‑realization tracking.
  • Collaborates as a strategic partner across functions to align business and Finance transformation strategies, driving sustainable, profitable growth and operational excellence.
  • Drives organizational change management, including stakeholder alignment, communication, talent strategy, and capability development.

Requirements

  • Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or related field—or commensurate experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in Finance, Transformation, FP&A, Internal Audit, accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Preferably 8–10 years in leadership roles driving transformation programs, operational excellence, or process modernization.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FP&A)
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management certifications (optional but highly applicable to transformation work)
