Responsibilities
Visual development: overarching ideas, image concepts and campaigns for various channels (online and offline)
Conceptualization and layout of mailings, catalogs and templates
Design and execution of key visuals and motifs for various channels and formats
Development of innovative imagery concepts, including AI-based image generation
Planning and supervision of photoshoots and video shoots
Close collaboration with Strategy, Consulting, Copy, the Creative Director and the Digital team
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Senior Art Director in brand/campaign environments, preferably in retail
Experience working with CMS systems, ideally Censhare (nice-to-have)
Strong sense for design, visual aesthetics and creative trends
Experience with AI tools and openness to new technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
