Responsibilities
Creative responsibility for the visual execution of all brand and communication activities
Collaborate with Strategy, Digital and Client Leads to ensure creative ideas and brand consistency
Maintain an overview of all ongoing projects; identify and leverage synergies and opportunities in the visual domain
Advise clients on concepts, design trends and brand appearance
Develop and present creative concepts; participate in and prepare/follow up on jour fixe (regular) and steering meetings
Process and quality control within the creative team; further development of internal team processes
Requirements
6 or more years of professional experience in a creative agency
Passion for brands, communication and new technologies
Strong conceptual skills across traditional and digital channels
Highly team-oriented and enjoys working in a team, including closely with the Creative Director Copy (all genders)
Ability to recognize creative talent and enjoyment in leading the team
Motivated to set new standards
Excellent German and English skills
