About the role
- Risk Manager at Hostinger, identifying and mitigating online operational threats and risks. Collaborating with teams to promote a risk-aware culture and conducting assessments.
Responsibilities
- Champion and communicate a risk awareness culture across Hostinger.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats.
- Develop and deliver risk management training programs for Hostinger employees.
- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Manage incident response processes and ensure effective governance.
- Identify risk sources, follow up on corrective actions, and create risk mitigation plans.
- Analyze and manage existing risks and incidents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Hostinger's overall risk management strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on risk management role.
- Demonstrated proactivity and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and other data.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and become an expert in the field of risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with SQL and risk modeling is a plus.
