  • Business Development Representative in Munich for HospiChef, engaging with healthcare clients to solve challenges using modern software solutions while developing a sales career.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and contacting potential customers – primarily by phone and email, or at events
  • Qualifying prospects through phone calls, web demos, or on-site meetings
  • Contribute to business development by proposing ideas to further develop the sales approach and materials
  • Work hand in hand with the founder

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales/SDR/BDR
  • Genuine interest in sales
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and building long-term relationships
  • Persistent and motivated
  • Team-oriented and willing to take on responsibility
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Structured and consistent in task follow-up
  • German at native speaker level
