Responsibilities
Strategic planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns: design, implement and optimize multichannel automated lifecycle campaigns
Performance analysis and optimization: analyze lifecycle campaign and automation KPIs to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
Improve mobile engagement: analyze and strategically develop our mobile customer communications
Deepen data and technology: proactively analyze our customer data to create personalized campaigns
Explore AI-driven opportunities: actively identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into CRM processes
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM, marketing automation, or loyalty marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
A passion for technology and enthusiasm for exploring and mastering new tools and platforms
A strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and segmentation logic is essential
Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests
Deep knowledge of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing and the ability to understand customer needs at specific lifecycle stages
Solid experience in stakeholder management or working within cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
You are a team player with enthusiasm and commitment
Fluent English required; German skills are a plus.
