About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and delivering certified reports, dashboards, and semantic models
- Convert business requirements into semantic data models, dashboards, and reports
- Design and develop analytical solutions using data lakehouse and business intelligence technologies
- Apply modeling, UX, and design standards to ensure reusability and an excellent user experience
- Optimize analytical solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify needs and drive adoption
- Support peer reviews, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and third-level support of analytical products
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or a similar role
- Strong background in business intelligence technologies, such as SAP Analytics Cloud
- Solid experience in semantic model design, visualization development, publication, administration, and maintenance
- Experience working with lakehouse platforms, particularly SAP Datasphere
- Exposure to Databricks or Power BI is a plus
- Good understanding of security models, including row-level security
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and usable solutions
- Comfortable in agile, product-oriented team environments
- Communicates confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Enjoys working collaboratively to create impact
