About the role
- Accountant supporting financial reporting and compliance for a digital manufacturing leader. Requires strong knowledge of Italian accounting regulations and hands-on expertise with Oracle NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end accounting cycle within Oracle NetSuite
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities: AR, AP, general ledger postings, fixed assets, accruals and deferrals
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end and quarter-end closes
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and investors
- Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements under Italian GAAP (OIC) and/or IFRS
- Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Work with FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to improve accounting processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles
- Good knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (hands-on experience strongly preferred)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Native Italian speaker with good command of English (B2+)
