Responsibilities
- Моніторити approval ratio та decline’и, знаходити точки покращення.
- Ловити аномалії в процесингу (статуси, подвійні списання, інтеграційні помилки) і доводити до вирішення.
- Мапити помилки провайдерів на внутрішню класифікацію, систематизувати причини відмов.
- Контролювати якість репортів і запускати потрібний репортинг разом з аналітикою.
- Налаштовувати routing/retry та інші billing-правила для кращої ефективності процесингу.
Requirements
- 1+ рік у Payment Operations / Billing / Payment Analytics (або суміжно з транзакціями/PSP).
- Розуміння payment flow, payment methods, card schemes, статусів та причин decline’ів.
- Вміння працювати з даними: Tableau (або інші BI-інструменти) + SQL.
- Базове розуміння routing / retry / billing логік.
- Плюсом буде subscription-based або high-risk досвід.
