Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI capabilities across the business.
- Create a proprietary Hollis Copilot that learns from property and consultancy data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant AI solutions.
- Design, build, fine‑tune, and optimise LLM‑powered solutions.
- Collaborate with the data team to engineer robust data pipelines.
- Implement secure embeddings, vector stores, and knowledge graphs.
- Architect and deploy AI workloads on Microsoft Azure.
- Partner with CTO, COO, and Innovation teams to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled solutions.
- Work closely with service heads, surveyors, product owners, and data teams to identify AI use cases.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and RAG systems.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and related services.
- Experience building Copilot extensions, Copilot Studio solutions, or custom copilots.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages for AI integration and development.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings pipelines, and similarity search.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, data governance, and secure enterprise AI patterns.
- Experience with modern software engineering practices, including APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
