Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in the recording of all company financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, investments and cash flows.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are performed and the accuracy of accounting records is maintained.
- Prepare financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement (DRE), cash flow statement and other accounting records required by law or management.
- Monitor and analyze expenses and revenues, contributing to result optimization.
- Manage inventory, ensuring correct asset accounting.
- Ensure compliance with fiscal and tax obligations, focusing on agility and automation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications.
- Participate in payroll processing and social charges in coordination with the HR department.
- Stay up to date on fiscal, tax and accounting legislation.
- Provide accurate financial information to support senior management decision-making.
- Lead configurations of chart of accounts, accounting rules and financial automations in the Benner ERP.
- Collaborate with technology, controllership and business teams to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Active CRC registration with authorization to sign financial statements.
- Solid experience in corporate accounting, including in-house roles.
- Experience with companies under the Lucro Real tax regime.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Benner), including accounting configurations and data integration.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with strategic areas.
- Knowledge of fiscal/accounting bookkeeping, NFSe, and the calculation of taxes such as ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL.
- Previous experience in accounting internalization processes (desirable).
- Experience in accounting firms and in-house corporate accounting departments (desirable).
- Knowledge of accounting management tools such as Accountfy or similar (desirable).
- Participation in digital transformation and accounting automation projects (desirable).
