Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals, feasibility, and budget.
Develop accurate project cost estimates and detailed budgets to support financial planning and reporting.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to secure favorable terms.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and adjusting timelines as needed.
Monitor expenses, approve change orders, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
Enforce high-quality standards and specifications throughout all project phases, performing regular inspections and reviews.
Promote and maintain job site safety by enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations and internal protocols.
Manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects from site preparation to final turnover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically in ground-up projects
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
