About the role
- Project Manager overseeing and coordinating the implementation of Revenue to Cash initiatives. Driving transformation efforts within Flutter Finance to align with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones, liaising closely with key stakeholders across the programme.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Support the PMO and RTC function with governance and risk management
- Engage stakeholders within RTC & manage the plans to support effective delivery of the project outcomes
- Co-ordinate the activities, scheduling of workshops and meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Input to and align with appropriate governance structures, reporting processes, project management tools with risk, issues and dependencies managed
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and support for project initiatives.
- Manage risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue logs.
- Ensure project quality excellence.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the RTC lifecycle and processes.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication skills to influence and inform stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong project management experience with Prince or PMP qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

- Experience in finance organisation transformation is preferred
