Lifecycle Management Specialist responsible for customer service and tailored IT solutions in intralogistics. Engaging with clients to understand needs and implement effective software systems for streamlined operations.
Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for existing customers on all matters related to our Warehouse Management (WMS) software solutions and their integration into the customer’s IT and process landscape within our automated intralogistics systems.
You analyze their needs and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with colleagues from Customer Service and other specialist departments.
You understand intralogistics processes as well as the fundamentals of IT and software landscapes, assess feasibility and costs of customizations, and work closely with our developers.
With the support of our technical specialists, you ensure that our customers’ systems are always up to date from a software and IT perspective.
You prepare project documentation for new tasks arising from our existing customer systems, calculate quotes and accompany the entire quotation process through to commissioning.
Even after an order is placed, you remain the central contact person and ensure successful implementation together with internal teams.
You make occasional customer visits to build personal relationships and coordinate the development and expansion of our existing installations with customers as effectively as possible.
Requirements
You have completed vocational or university-level training in computer science or IT.
Ideally, you have sales experience in intralogistics.
You demonstrate a reliable and solution-oriented working style.
Your customer-focused attitude enables you to communicate with our customers on equal terms.
You possess solid knowledge of IT software and hardware technologies.
You can explain technical content clearly, present convincingly and proactively address customer needs.
You respond reliably and quickly to inquiries to ensure first-class service and optimal solutions.
You enjoy interdisciplinary tasks and like working in a dynamic team.
You are willing to travel as necessary to perform your duties successfully.
You have very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
