Hardware designer responsible for developing and enhancing electronic display systems for Funkwerk, a technology group in communications and information systems. Collaborating with teams to ensure project success while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Planning and developing new and existing electronic display systems as part of a team
Supporting the commissioning of developed display systems at our production facility
Performing fault analysis and resolving malfunctions in our systems
Advising and providing technical support to internal departments on electrical engineering matters
Creating, maintaining and updating technical documentation, circuit schematics and maintenance records
Conducting tests and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations
Assisting with the selection and procurement of electrical components
Requirements
Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
Further training in electrical engineering is an advantage but not required
Experience in planning and implementing electrical systems
Confident use of common software tools, e.g., CAD systems for schematic design and MS Office
Knowledge of EMC-compliant design and relevant test procedures
Experience in analog and digital circuit design
Experience with microcontrollers and common communication protocols
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
