About the role

• Projektcontroller managing project controlling and project economics at HÖRMANN Intralogistics. Focused on cost, quality, and timelines across various industry projects.

Responsibilities

• You keep costs, schedules and quality under control and spot early when something might go off track.
• You identify deviations, analyze root causes and help the team take corrective action.
• You are already involved in the sales process, perform benchmarking and contribute your know-how to cost engineering.
• You are familiar with works contracts, financing and guarantees/bonds and quickly get to grips with new tools.
• You act as a collaborative sparring partner and ensure transparency in all commercial matters.
• You manage projects across a range of industries.

Requirements

• You have professional experience in project controlling, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering.
• You hold a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You love KPIs and bring structure to complex topics.
• You explain financial and commercial matters clearly – within the project team and to senior management.
• You are analytical, organized and pragmatic.
• You are enthusiastic about digital solutions, AI and modern software.
• You work independently, reliably and with a sense of humor.
