About the role
- SPS Programmer developing and optimizing control software for modern automation systems. Collaborating on projects from planning to commissioning in logistics and intralogistics environment.
Responsibilities
- You program and optimize control software for modern systems such as storage and retrieval systems (stacker cranes) and conveyor systems.
- You support the commissioning of our automation solutions and perform comprehensive troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- You create detailed application documentation and assist in planning new projects to ensure smooth implementation.
- You act as a technical advisor for customer inquiries and help develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Industrial Electronics Technician or similar, plus an additional qualification in PLC programming.
- Several years of experience in PLC programming and commissioning, ideally in intralogistics or special-purpose machinery.
- Knowledge of PROFINET, AS‑i, and TIA Portal is an advantage.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%), nationally and internationally, and a valid driver's license.
