Responsibilities
Development and optimization: You drive the further development of product profitability accounting and optimize cost center planning as well as profit-center accounting.
Product controlling: You analyze cost centers and cost objects, prepare product cost calculations and derive corrective measures from actual-to-planned variances.
Monthly reporting: You prepare and analyze month-end closings, plan rolling forecasts, and prepare reports for the monthly reporting to the holding company.
Process and structural development: You support the transition and integration of two plants with a focus on creating efficient structures.
Cross-departmental collaboration: You act as an interface to various business units and contribute, through cross-functional thinking, to the evaluation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
Degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
Experience in (production) controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company or in the automotive sector
Strong knowledge of SAP (CO/FI) and MS Office (particularly Excel)
Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
Willingness to engage intensively with production processes
Assertiveness, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
