Responsibilities
- Preparation and further development of monthly and quarterly reports and annual financial statements, as well as regular internal reporting / profit and loss statements (business units, commercial entities)
- Preparing and analysing forecasts, budgets, cash flows and other financial metrics to enable informed decision-making
- Monitoring cost structures and identifying potential savings to optimise our financial strategy
- Preparing medium-term liquidity planning including variance analysis to optimise cash flows
- Managing short-term financial planning / treasury
- Point of contact for employees on controlling and accounting matters
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (dual study programs welcome) with a focus on Controlling / Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years' professional experience in controlling, reporting or financial controlling
- Practical experience with ERP software; experience with proALPHA desirable
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Strong persuasive and presentation skills, with a confident demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Qlik and Power Query desirable; ability to understand complex technical issues and present them concisely
- Good command of English
