About the role

  • Support business development and marketing for law firm across multiple offices. Assist in events, communications, and practice development materials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department
  • Assist with maintaining the team’s experience database
  • Coordinate and execute responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
  • Prepare practice development and collateral materials for client and targets
  • Assist with internal and external team communications
  • Work with assigned Business Development Team to develop/prepare customized pitch materials for prospect/client presentations
  • Assist in responding to RFPs
  • Support updating and keeping current the firm’s practice development information
  • Assist with directory, award and ranking submissions
  • Perform foundational industry, prospect, firm experience, and competitive research to support business development initiatives
  • Assist assigned Development Team with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
