Responsibilities
Advise and, where required, assume (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management
Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions
Plan roll-outs with respect to service delivery
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Analytical mindset to structure complexity and design solutions/concepts
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
