About the role
- Senior Consultant involved in IT organizational consulting for clients, focusing on strategies and transformations. Supporting sustainable change management and optional leadership of junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Develop tailored concepts and solutions together with the client
- Conduct requirements and process analyses and support the implementation of strategic transformations
- Support the change process together with employees through sustainable change management
- Optionally provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital environment
- Familiarity with challenges at the IT–business interface
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
