About the role

  • Techno-Functional Consultant working with Odoo ERP in a growing E-Commerce firm. Analyze, optimize, and manage business processes while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, manage and monitor Odoo projects – from requirements analysis through to go-live
  • Analyze, optimize and configure business processes (purchasing, inventory, sales, accounting, …)
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate them into pragmatic solutions
  • Brief, coordinate and review work from external Odoo developers and partners
  • Train and support internal teams on new modules and processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with Odoo – whether as a consultant, project manager or power user
  • You know the Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting) and understand what the standard can do and where its limits are
  • Ability to understand business processes and explain them clearly – to executives as well as to developers
  • German at native level and good English for working with external partners
  • Bonus: Odoo Functional Certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Basic knowledge of Python / Odoo ORM – not for development, but to be able to follow technical discussions
  • Experience with e-commerce processes or German accounting requirements
