Responsibilities
Together with our clients, you optimize IT operations to ensure IT is stable, efficient and aligned with business needs.
Analyze and assess the IT organization (e.g. IT infrastructure, operations, IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Evaluate new technologies and tools on the market and determine how they can contribute to improving the client's existing processes.
Optionally take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
Completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations.
Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong appreciation for the interface between IT and the business.
Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, along with a high degree of self-motivation and a conscientious working style.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent).
