About the role
- Supervisor overseeing day-to-day operations at multiple sites, ensuring quality customer service delivery for Medline. Involves inventory management, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance in operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel at either a large site or multiple small sites
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service
- Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders
- Ensure overall quality of the items delivered
- Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels
- Conduct site audits, annual physical inventory
- Regularly interact with management, sales and customers on matters concerning functional areas
- Travel to new site locations within region to train staff, establish procedures and evaluate needs of the customer
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Previous SAP and Catalyst experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
