About the role
- Managing Consultant for Software Asset Management in a hybrid role supporting clients across various sectors. Responsibilities include project management, coaching, and method development in SAM.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), DAX-listed corporations and the public sector in establishing a SAM organization, and design roles, processes and policies in license management
- Focus on tool-centric SAM consulting: analyze customer-specific requirements when building and expanding a tool-based license management system, advise on selecting the appropriate SAM tool and optimize tool operations
- Take responsibility for project leadership, technical coaching, quality assurance and communication with our clients
- Further develop our SAM consulting methods and procedures based on current trends and your own ideas
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Experience in contract/license management, software procurement, or in configuring and implementing SAM tools
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
