About the role
- Managing Consultant leading IT service organization projects for clients in Germany. Involves leading project teams and defining IT service models and governance structures.
Responsibilities
- Take on project leadership for client engagements to establish a service-oriented approach within IT organizations
- Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
- Support the implementation or adjustment of ITSM processes at the client organization
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
- Highly self-directed and responsible working style in challenging situations
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
