Responsibilities
Take on project leadership for client engagements aimed at establishing a service-oriented approach in IT organizations
Define service models, services, and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
Support the implementation or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client organization
Further develop our consulting offering by bringing in experience and new methods
Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
