About the role
- Managing Consultant leading IT service organization projects, defining service models and processes. Overseeing project teams and implementation for clients with an IT management focus in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Take on project leadership for client engagements aimed at establishing a service-oriented approach in IT organizations
- Define service models, services, and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
- Support the implementation or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client organization
- Further develop our consulting offering by bringing in experience and new methods
- Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
