About the role
- Managing Consultant advising clients around IT organization and management. Leading strategic transformations and developing customized IT concepts with clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management; identify their organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems.
- Co-create tailored concepts with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations.
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and introducing new methods.
- Provide subject-matter leadership to (Senior) Consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a pronounced solution orientation.
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business.
- Very strong presentation and communication skills in German.
