Responsibilities
- As a Cloud & DevOps Engineer at HiQ, you will drive our cloud service portfolio with your extensive experience
- In this central role, you will lead the development and implementation of modern cloud solutions and ensure seamless integration and optimization within our client projects
- Together with your team, you will implement diverse customer requirements in the cloud environment, always taking efficiency and security into account
- Using your technical expertise, you will support our sales team in the acquisition process for new projects
- As a leading expert in cloud technologies, you act as the technical point of contact for the client and ensure optimal project quality
- You evaluate improvement proposals and identify optimization potential for the applications you manage, including stability, security, efficiency and the level of automation
- You share your experience and knowledge with both your colleagues and the client
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or an equivalent qualification
- At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure and in the design and development of cloud-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud technologies (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Relevant professional/expert cloud certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with international clients
- Team player with personal responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
