- Proven ability to manage change, define technology strategy, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in risk management, technology deployment, regulatory compliance, and configuration management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop compelling proposals.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and product roadmap development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
