About the role
- Junior Teamlead BI Consultant leading Data & Cloud projects for HICO Group AG in Switzerland. Responsible for project implementation and collaboration with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Financial responsibility and team leadership for the Data & Cloud Consulting unit in Switzerland
- Project management, design and implementation of complex data warehouse (DWH) projects
- Project responsibility for globally operating enterprise clients
- Close collaboration within the leadership team and international consultant teams
- Support clients from presales through company-wide rollouts
- Travel requirement of approximately 1–2 days per week
Requirements
- Preferred: solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies in environments such as Qlik, Talend, Azure, MS Fabric, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Additional advantageous skills: knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Jedox, Tableau
- Initial experience in building teams or first leadership experience, or experience as a deputy team lead, as well as experience dealing with C-level stakeholders (internal/external)
- Several years of consulting experience (4+ years desirable); flexibility and willingness to travel required
- Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, with extensive experience in Business Intelligence or Data Management
- A knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to present complex matters clearly
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
