About the role

  • Electronics Technician responsible for assembling and testing electronic components in Burgbrohl, Germany. Collaborating with departments and creating documentation for test results.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly: Construction and testing of electronic assemblies
  • Troubleshooting: Analysis and resolution of faults down to component level
  • Repairs: Performing repairs on electronic assemblies
  • Analysis: Comparison and evaluation using technical drawings and circuit diagrams
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with specialist departments
  • Documentation: Creation and maintenance of test result records

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electronics – obtained in industry or the skilled trades
  • Strong interest in troubleshooting and component-level analysis of electronic assemblies
  • SMD soldering skills, ESD knowledge and confident handling of drawings and circuit diagrams
  • Relevant professional experience is an advantage
  • Independent, structured, team-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
