About the role
- Developing and maintaining Power BI analytical solutions for the commercial area. Supporting strategic decision-making with data organization and dashboard construction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Power BI analytical solutions to support the commercial area.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI focusing on commercial metrics (sales, targets, performance, forecast, etc.).
- Create and standardize layouts and views with a focus on aesthetics, clarity and usability of delivered solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements with business areas to identify needs and define KPIs.
- Connect to multiple data sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency and timely updates.
- Manage roles and access within Power BI (data security, row-level security, user and area permissions).
- Support the commercial back-office team with ad hoc analyses, specific data extracts and end-user support for the tool.
- Validate data and ensure the quality of information published on dashboards.
- Document developed solutions and create user guides for end users.
- Creatively explore the tool's features, proposing new visualizations and analytical methods based on BI best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and other support areas to ensure integration of relevant systems and data.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing solutions in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, visualizations).
- Knowledge of data security strategies and user management within the Power BI environment.
- Familiarity with commercial data structures such as sales funnel, targets/quotas, CRM, average ticket, conversion, churn, etc.
- Experience with Excel, SQL and data integration tools is a plus.
- Analytical ability, critical thinking, proactivity and creativity in developing effective visual solutions.
