About the role

  • Process optimization: Independently manage projects in Quality Assurance aimed at the continuous improvement of quality-relevant processes across the company and the advancement of the global quality standard.
  • Independently develop planning concepts within interdisciplinary teams and support the technical implementation.
  • Create work instructions and train colleagues.
  • Serve as the contact person for project-related questions.
  • Traceability: Ensure traceability and the associated documentation throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Master data management: Contribute to the implementation and control of product- and quality-specific requirements in the ERP system (master data, specifications, inspection plans).
  • Further develop master data management for the Quality area.
  • Improve the quality level of our master data by identifying and addressing outdated records, duplicates, and deviations.
  • Incident management: Support the analysis and documentation of process deviations and derive appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology or a comparable field of study.
  • Alternatively, vocational training in a natural science discipline with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Initial practical experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company in the chemical or food industry.
  • Interest in interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with our international sites.
  • Quick comprehension and a structured way of working.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
