Responsibilities
Process optimization: Independently manage projects in Quality Assurance aimed at the continuous improvement of quality-relevant processes across the company and the advancement of the global quality standard.
Independently develop planning concepts within interdisciplinary teams and support the technical implementation.
Create work instructions and train colleagues.
Serve as the contact person for project-related questions.
Traceability: Ensure traceability and the associated documentation throughout the entire supply chain.
Master data management: Contribute to the implementation and control of product- and quality-specific requirements in the ERP system (master data, specifications, inspection plans).
Further develop master data management for the Quality area.
Improve the quality level of our master data by identifying and addressing outdated records, duplicates, and deviations.
Incident management: Support the analysis and documentation of process deviations and derive appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements
A completed degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology or a comparable field of study.
Alternatively, vocational training in a natural science discipline with several years of relevant professional experience.
Initial practical experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company in the chemical or food industry.
Interest in interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with our international sites.
Quick comprehension and a structured way of working.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
